The structure houses multiple medical practices and incorporates seven separate reception desks, each containing five stations used for patient admissions. Bendheim's architectural glass Ice pattern offers an excellent water-like quality - one of the reasons it was selected for this project. |

| Summary: | This project includes two striking office towers wrapped in glass curtain wall which rise from a three-story glass and stone base building. The dramatic focal point of the complex is two exterior glass elevator shafts raising the entire height of the towers which are illuminated at night. The towers flank a beautifully designed plaza and landscaped terraces with cascading water features, forming a "town square." The project also contains a 680,000 SF parking structure. Employees and visitors enter the building through a glass canopy leading to an elegant three-story sky lit atrium lobby with grand stairs and a water feature. High-end lobby finishes include white Georgia marble flooring and wood veneer paneling. | |
